Job Description > Firefly Digital is accepting applications from qualified candidates for an Account Manager position. The position is a full-time position at Firefly’s Lafayette, LA office.
The primary role of the Account Manager is to manage educational client projects, provide daily client communications (phone, email, online teleconferences), project documentation and reporting, project setup and configuration, and client training.
Qualifications > Applicants must be good communicators, well organized, detail-oriented and be good at multi-tasking. Strong time management skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills and good problem solving skills are essential. Applicants must be able to handle high pressure situations, resolve difficult problems and resolve conflict in a professional manner.
Ideal candidates should have a bachelor or associate degree in marketing or communication disciplines (…but not required). Experience working in account management and customer service roles, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills, are required and key to be successful in this positon.
