| Office Assistant | Open Position |

Firefly Digital is now accepting resumes for an entry level Office Assistant who will work with the General Manager on a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities.

Job Description > Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: general accounting duties, QuickBooks administration and reporting, collections, internal reporting , along with general office duties.

Qualifications > Candidates should demonstrate strong problem solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable to work independently, while maintaining excellent organization and time management skills.

Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, a positive, energetic and pleasant attitude.  Must have exceptional computer skills, along with the ability to learn new skills and software programs quickly.

Job Requirements > 

  • QuickBooks proficiency a must
  • Word Processing (MS Word) and Spreadsheet (Excel)
  • Experience in general office procedures and practices
  • Ability to multi – task and prioritize independently
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 3 years working experiences in the field or in a related area
